“Listening Ear has been designed to support a bottom up approach in helping each other with mental health problems”

All Listening Ears are suitably trained in verbal and non-verbal skills sets while learning how to hear the spoken and the unspoken voice of those who use this service. Listening Ear: Empathetic listening is an accredited OCN Level 2 Certificate.   

 

There are no minimum entry qualifications for learners and everyone is encouraged and supported throughout their  journey of learning.

There are some costs associated with learning an accredited  qualification, so please get in touch and we can arrange for courses that suit both group and individuals  at a suitable cost.
