Support, train and empower someone local there to be a ‘Listening Ear’ for friend, relatives and peers

End isolation and provide someone that will actively listen to others Provide a network of support for the Listening Ears and a 24 hr resource so you never feel helpless

Build and grow capacity build within the community to find solutions to the ‘Mental Health’ pandemic

Provide a formal qualification for those taking part to give them confidence that they can fulfill the role
